The beach has disappeared because of the rain. Back to the questions that I used to think of- Do the scenes we remember eventually disappear? Do our memories of the past vanish with the disappearance of a place? The water seemed to tell me the answer in this way, YES. At this point the water became more than just a liquid for me, it was more like a object ot person that I could talk to.
